Dr. Elias Hofstetter counsels and represents individuals and companies primarily in criminal law (including administrative and military criminal law as well as the law of international mutual assistance and extradition), tort law and contract law. He has extensive knowledge in the field of internal investigations and, based on many years of experience, will also gladly assist you in negotiations on contracts, permits, settlements, etc. as well as in the law of foundations. In addition to other teaching activities, he is lecturer at the University of Bern (criminal law, criminal procedure); until 2017 also at University of Lucerne (criminal law). Further, he is a member of the Bar Exam Commission of the Canton of Bern and co-chairman of the criminal law section of the Bernese Bar Association. Elias Hofstetter has published primarily in the field of criminal law.
